Agog Chief of Staff Erika Croxton is a versatile nonprofit executive and philanthropy professional with 25 years of experience working on issues spanning health and human services, social justice, the arts, climate change, and international development. Prior to joining Agog, she led her own consultancy which provided management, fundraising, and strategic support to nonprofits and philanthropic organizations. Previously, Erika was the vice president of external affairs for Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai‘i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky, where she oversaw fundraising, marketing, and communications for one of the largest Planned Parenthood affiliates in the country. Over the course of her career, Erika served in leadership roles at cause-driven organizations such as the Ms. Foundation for Women, the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience, Landesa, Grist, and more.
