Nisha Kadaba is Director of Programs at Agog and a seasoned leader at the intersection of technology and social impact. With nearly two decades of experience across nonprofits, social enterprises, and corporations, she has designed, scaled, and embedded mission-driven initiatives that mobilize people, product, and capital to create lasting social and environmental change.
Prior to joining Agog, Nisha served as Director of Global Impact at PagerDuty, where she was a founding member of PagerDuty.org and helped integrate social impact into the company’s core business strategy. Earlier in her career, she led global social impact and philanthropy efforts at Playmob and held key roles at Room to Read and the CAA Foundation, building cross-sector partnerships to tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
In addition to her professional work, Nisha volunteers with several nonprofits and serves on the board of Children for Change, further reflecting her deep commitment to community-driven impact.
Nisha holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA. She lives in Marin County, California, with her husband and two children.
