Previously, Vanessa served as Director of Equity & Inclusion at Warner Bros. Discovery, leading talent pipeline programs in animation, games, VFX, and creative tech. She blends deep industry expertise with a commitment to representation, innovation, and sustainable impact. She is originally from Montreal and is now based in Los Angeles.
