Ashley Buschhorn

Production Associate Ashley Buschhorn brings six years of experience working at the intersection of immersive storytelling and technical craft. Before joining Agog full time, they were already part of the Agog extended family as a member of Gog Squad, a program that provides support, mentorship, and resources to help nonprofits experiment with XR. Ashley has worked on both the creative and technical sides of documentary XR, with deep expertise in Gaussian splatting—a technique for capturing and rendering real-world spaces and objects in 3D. They hold an MA in Narrative and Emerging Media from Arizona State University. Ashley’s real passion is producing: getting behind creators and helping bring impactful projects from idea to reality. They’ll put that energy to great use on Agog’s production team.
