Senior Project Manager Gina Carter brings more than a decade of experience in project management spanning creative deliverables, community strategy, and large-scale events. Before stepping into her full-time role, she spent three years contracting with Agog as the organization took shape, while also managing projects for other mission-driven clients. At Uncommon, she designed convenings for the K–12 invention education community and managed early impact campaigns for the Netflix documentary Crip Camp. Her career began at the University of Texas at Austin’s Women in Engineering Program, where she oversaw the annual Girls in STEM festival for more than 8,000 elementary and middle school girls. At Agog, she brings that same ability to find clarity in complexity to everything the team takes on
