Niki Hadighi

Niki Hadighi brings more than six years of experience building scalable systems that connect people to meaningful outcomes. Before joining Agog, she served as Program Manager at Slalom Consulting, overseeing Client Advisory Boards and thousands of executive touchpoints across 27 global markets. Earlier in her career, she led end-to-end execution of enterprise leadership programs and learning content design, and held progressive operations and leadership roles at Apple. Niki studied Environmental Studies at the University of Washington, including extensive fieldwork in Uganda examining local community efforts around climate mitigation and adaptation. At Agog, she brings her passion for emerging technology and human-centered design to her work in operations and program management.
