Selena Rogers

Executive Administrative Partner Selena Rogers brings over a decade of experience in business administration and executive support, with a track record of partnering with senior leaders at some of the world’s most innovative companies. Before joining Agog, she served as an executive business partner at both Meta and Amazon, where she collaborated closely with Recruiting and People Experience teams. Selena keeps the team connected (and punning hard) with her weekly dad jokes in Slack—proof that the best operations leaders know culture is as important as coordination. Outside of work, she volunteers with Seattle-area animal rescues and Elder Friends, an organization that builds meaningful connections between elders and community volunteers. She brings that same spirit of care and community to her role at Agog.
